Meet George

Dr. George Lasley III, a passionate educator at Hartwell, holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Divinity from Liberty, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. With over 11 years of experience in education, Dr. Lasley has taught at institutions such as Milwaukee Luther High School, King’s Academy, and Academy of Excellence, where he served as Dean of Students and Lead English Teacher.

At Hartwell, Dr. Lasley is dedicated to guiding future K-12 educators through his innovative teaching philosophy, which emphasizes project-based learning, collaborative teamwork, and classroom management best practices. His approach ensures that students are engaged, challenged, and well-prepared to become compassionate and effective educators. Dr. Lasley’s extensive experience in curriculum development and student learning outcome assessment enables him to provide invaluable insights and support to Hartwell students on their path to academic and professional success.
