Meet Dorily

Dr. Dorily Esquilin is a distinguished instructor at Hartwell, bringing over 20 years of experience in education to inspire and mentor future K-12 educators. She holds a Ph.D. in Education in Leadership in Higher Education from Capella University, alongside advanced degrees in psychology, Spanish literature, and pastoral Christian counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Mizpa Christian University.

Dr. Esquilin has enriched academic environments at various institutions, including Bethune-Cookman University, Keiser University, and City College of Casselberry. Her diverse teaching portfolio covers subjects such as psychology, humanities, and chaplaincy courses. At Hartwell, Dr. Esquilin leverages her extensive background to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment, guiding students to become compassionate and skilled K-12 educators. Her commitment to education and student success is evident through her roles as a life coach, speaker, and author.
